Open your earnings page
Open the menu under your initials in the top right and choose Earnings. The page lists your recent sales: date, client, program, the gross price, card processing, Experly's fee and what you receive.
If you have not connected Stripe yet, a banner at the top shows how much is waiting for you. Experly holds your clients' payments safely until you connect.
Click Connect with Stripe
Stripe is the payment service Experly uses to pay you. Click Connect with Stripe and you go to a secure Stripe Express page to set up your payout account.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
Choose your business type
Choose Individual if you work for yourself and have not registered a company. Otherwise choose Company or Nonprofit.
Verify your personal details
Stripe asks for your legal name, date of birth, home address, phone number and tax details so it can verify who you are, as the law requires. These go to Stripe, not to Experly.
Add your business details
Enter the name you sell under (your own name works if you are an individual), choose an industry such as Digital products, then Software as a service, and add your website.
Add your bank account and submit
Pick your bank from the list, or choose to enter your bank details by hand, and link the account you want to be paid into. Check everything and click Submit. Stripe sends you back to Experly.
Check that payments are active
Back on the earnings page, the banner now says payments are active, with a link to open your Stripe dashboard. Below it you see your plan, the commission rate and how each sale is split.
How each sale is split
Every sale is split in three steps:
- Card processing comes off the top. Stripe charges 2.9% plus 30¢ for a US card, and a little more for cards from outside the US.
- Experly's commission is taken from what is left: 20% on Free, 15% on Pro, 10% on Elite.
- The rest is yours. On a $49.99 sale paid with a US card on the Free plan, Stripe keeps $1.75, Experly keeps $9.65 and you get $38.59.
Tip
Sales made before October 15, 2026 show $0.00 for card processing, because Experly covered it at the time.
When you get paid
Your share goes to your bank every Monday for sales that are at least 7 days old. Stripe charges 0.25% plus 25¢ for each payout and $2 for each month you receive one. These come out of your payout at cost, and each payout statement shows the exact amounts. Balances under $10 roll over to the next week.
The Recent sales and Payouts tables keep a running record, and the Referral funnel shows how many people viewed each program, finished the questionnaire and paid.

1:15How each sale is split
We come back to the earnings page. At the top of the page, you'll see the type of membership you have. You have a free membership and as a result, Experly is taking 20% off each sale. There's also a card processing fee that goes directly to Stripe. You end up with 80% of the balance after the credit card fees. So here's an example, $49.99 sale on a US card. Stripe keeps about $1.75. Experly keeps $9.65 and you walk away with $38.59. There's also a monthly fee with Stripe of $2 as long as you're getting paid that month and that's what Stripe asked for. So we have no control over those fees. Down here under card processing fee, you'll see the Stripe fee when it comes up. But for now, that's your earnings page.
Questions about this step
Payments run through Stripe. Connect your Stripe account and your share goes out every Monday for sales at least 7 days old. Card processing comes off the top of each sale, then Experly takes its commission from the rest, so on Free you keep 80% of what's left. Stripe's payout fee (0.25% plus 25¢) and its $2 fee for each month you're paid come out of your payout. Balances under $10 roll over to the next week.
Every Monday, for sales that are at least 7 days old. Payouts go to the bank account you linked in Stripe and usually arrive within a couple of business days. If your balance is under $10, it rolls over to the next week.
Nothing is lost. Experly holds your share of the sale safely, and your earnings page shows how much is waiting for you. Once you connect Stripe, it goes out in the Monday payout for sales at least 7 days old.
Card processing comes off the top, charged by Stripe at 2.9% plus 30¢ for a US card and a little more for cards from outside the US. Experly's commission is then taken from what is left: 20% on Free, 15% on Pro, 10% on Elite. The rest is yours. On a $49.99 sale paid with a US card on the Free plan, Stripe keeps $1.75, Experly keeps $9.65 and you get $38.59.
Stripe also charges 0.25% plus 25¢ per payout and $2 for each month you receive a payout. These come out of the payout at cost and are shown on your payout statement.
You set the price of your program, starting around $19.99, and clients pay once. Experly takes a commission only when a client buys: 20% on the Free plan, 15% on Pro and 10% on Elite, taken after card processing. If nothing sells, you owe nothing.
