Signing up is free, and so is uploading your material, building your client questionnaire, creating a demo program, and sending your program link to clients. You review and approve every program before it reaches a client.

FAQ
- Can I stay on Free forever?
- Yes. Free includes 1 category, 1 questionnaire, unlimited client programs, and a 20% commission on each sale after card processing. Upgrade when you need more categories, lower fees, or more tools.
- Are clients limited on any plan?
- No. Free, Pro, and Elite all allow unlimited clients. Commission rates change by plan; client count does not.
- What fees come out of a sale?
- Card processing comes off the top, charged by Stripe at 2.9% plus 30¢ for US cards and a little more for cards from outside the US. Experly's commission is then taken from what's left: 20% on Free, 15% on Pro, 10% on Elite. Stripe also charges 0.25% plus 25¢ per payout and $2 for each month you receive a payout, which come out of that payout. On a $19.99 sale paid with a US card, $15.29 goes to you on Free.
- Does upgrading change Stripe Connect payouts?
- No. Payouts go out every Monday for sales at least 7 days old, whatever your plan, and usually reach your bank within 2 business days. Subscriptions are billed separately.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You return to Free limits. Your categories, questionnaires, clients, and content all stay. You cannot add a new category or uploads over Free caps until you upgrade again.
