Open your expert's link
Your expert shares a link to their program. It opens a page with the program title, the price and what is included. Click Start this program.
Create a free client account
If you are new to Experly, sign up with Google or with your email. If you use email, we send you a message to confirm your address. Confirm it, sign back in and you go straight to your expert's questionnaire.
Answer the questionnaire
Every expert writes their own questions, so no two questionnaires are the same. Your answers decide what your program focuses on, which examples it uses and which exercises you get.
The more specific you are, the more your program fits you. "Grow revenue" tells your expert far less than "Double revenue this year without hiring."
Submit and continue to payment
When every required question is answered, click Submit and continue to payment.
Pay for your program
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. If it is offered, choose whether to pay in your own currency or in US dollars, then enter your card details. It is a one-time payment.
Payment confirmed
You see a confirmation that your payment went through and your answers went to your expert. Click View your dashboard.
Wait for your expert to approve it
Your program now appears on your dashboard as Pending approval. It usually takes up to an hour to build, then your expert reviews it personally before you get it. Depending on your expert, most programs are ready within a day.
You get an email as soon as your expert approves it, and the program opens from your dashboard.

0:25Answer the questionnaire
you will end up at a page like this where you will get to see the expert's questionnaire that they created for you. So you need to go through and answer this questionnaire before you can move forward to creating your program. And everything will be done automatically for you once your questionnaire is answered. So we're just going to go through this and answer it just really quickly. What's your runway financial pressure? Let's say 12 months. What stage is your business at? Let's say it's in the 100k to 1 million range. What industry or market are you operating in? Coaching. What's your biggest strategic challenge right now? You can get as specific as you want. The more specific you get, the more specific your program is going to be. The whole idea is that the way the system works is taking the expert's knowledge base and then it's honing it based on what your needs are as a client and creating a customized program for you specifically based on that content. So the more specific you can get in your answers here, the better. But I'm going to keep it more general just to show you how to fill this form out. Also, every expert is going to create their own questionnaire. So every questionnaire is going to be different depending on what services the expert is providing for their clients. How do you make most decisions today? It's a mix, let's just say. What frameworks or methodologies have you tried before? What worked? What didn't? Who else needs to buy into your strategy for it to actually happen? What does success look like for you in the next 12 months? I want to double revenue and build a respectable brand. Simple.
1:46Pay for your program
So all the questions are answers. We're going to click submit and continue to payment. So this is going to take you to the payment section. So here you'll enter your currency where you want to do Canadian US or wherever you're located. And then I'm just going to fill the credit card information here.
2:00Payment confirmed
Once the payment's been confirmed, you'll be taken back to this page right here, which shows that your payment's been completed and you can now view your dashboard. And that's it for you as a client.
2:11Waiting for approval
Now you're going to wait for your expert to approve the program. You can see unlock adaptive strategy for volatile markets. It's pending approval. You could also view your questionnaire or delete the program here. It'll be here that you'll see your program once it's been approved, depending on who the expert is and how long it takes them to retrieve their email. You should be up and running with your program within an hour to 24 hours. That usually takes about an hour for the program to build itself. So please be patient and you'll receive an email once the program has been approved.
